SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 8(k), 9(k), 11(n), 13(k), 14(1),
16(j) and 106(c) of Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume
and 1975 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

(k) In Worcester County the annual six (6) day
license fee [shall be one hundred twenty—five dollars
($125.00)] IS $175 and the annual seven (7) day license
fee [shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) ] IS
$200. The hours for sale [shall be] ARE as provided in §
106 (c) of this article.

(k) (1) In Worcester County, the annual fees for
the following types of licenses are:

(i) Six day—[$200] $250

(ii) Seven day, applied county wide
(exclusive of tenth election district)—[$225] $275

(iii) Seven day, tenth election district
only—[$250] $300

(2) The hours for sale are as provided in §
106 (c) .
