(b) An appropriately licensed resident of the
state may fish in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean with
an otter trawl or beam trawl, subject to department rules
and regulations, if he is at least one [and one—half
miles] MILE from the shore line. The department rules
and regulations shall include but not be limited to
establishing a license fee not exceeding $50 annually for
vessels employed in the fishery; setting seasons when
otter trawl or beam trawl fishing is permitted;
enumerating the species of fish which may be taken; and
setting penalties, including suspension or revocation of
license, for violations of the department's rules and
regulations adopted pursuant to the provisions of this
subsection.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

Worcester County — Open Meetings
FOR the purpose of requiring the Worcester County
Commissioners to conduct certain open meetings; and
providing for public notice for those meetings.
BY adding to
The Public Local Laws of Worcester County
Section 210B to be under the new subtitle
"Open Meetings"
Article 24 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1961 Edition and 1972 Supplement, as amended)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 210B to be under the new
subtitle "Open Meeting" be and it is hereby added to the
Public Local Laws of Worcester County being Article 24 of
the Public Local Laws of Maryland (1961 Edition and 1972
Supplement, as amended) to read as follows:
