apply in Montgomery County.

SECTION 3. [[AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED,
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the first
license period for the licensing of promoters permitted
to be licensed under this Act, shall be from July 1, 1976
to April 30, 1977 and thereafter the annual license
period shall be as provided for under Section I of
Article 56 of the Code.

SECTION 4.]] AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Act shall take effect July 1, 1976.

Supplement) to read as follows:
