the County Commissioners under the authority of this
section [shall] MAY NOT have any effect after December

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

Workmen's Compensation

FOR the purpose of increasing and specifying the
permitted number of members for volunteer fire
departments in Kent County for which the Kent County
Commissioners are required to secure workmen's
compensation.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 34(c) of Article 101 - Workmen's
Compensation, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 34(c) be and it is hereby added to Article 101 —
Workmen's Compensation, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1964 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) to read as
follows:
