Ch. 712

31.

(b) The commission shall consist of nine members,
who shall be appointed by the Board of County
Commissioners. [There] WHERE POSSIBLE, THERE shall be on
the commission one member chosen from each of the
following categories: Agriculture, banking, seafood, and
goods and services.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

St. Mary's County — Bingo

FOR the purpose of repealing current provisions of the
law relating to bingo in St. Mary's County; creating
new duties, obligations, and responsibilities in
