AN ACT concerning

Tri—County Council of Southern Maryland

FOR the purpose of repealing the laws relating to the
Tri-County Council of Southern Maryland from the
Public Local Laws of Calvert, Charles, and St.
Mary's Counties and adding them to the Annotated
Code of Maryland; making certain stylistic,
technical, structural, and grammatical changes;
disclaiming any effect upon certain terms of office,
continuity of boards or continuity and ratification
of certain transactions; requiring specific action
by the Tri-County Council relating to consumer
affairs; and generally relating to the Tri-County
Council of Southern Maryland.
