Alcoholic Beverages — Corrective

FOR the purpose of correcting an error in the alcoholic
beverage laws.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 80 (a)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1968 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 80(a) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

80.

(a) Except in Baltimore County, Howard County, Anne
Arundel and Frederick counties and Prince George's
County, the hours during which alcoholic beverages may be
sold or delivered to retail license holders by holders of
[manufacturers'] WHOLESALERS' licenses shall be from 6
o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight, on every day except
Sundays and election days.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Creation of a State Debt — Housing Fund

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State
Debt in the amount of $10,000,000, the proceeds to
be used as a reserve for the Maryland Housing Fund;
and providing generally for the issuance and
evidencing of such loan.
