FOR the purpose of permitting the holder of any alcoholic
beverage license to exercise all the privileges
conferred by the license on any election day in
Montgomery [[County]] and Charles Counties.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 79(a) and 80(a)

BY adding to

Section 79(f) and (g), 80(f) and (g), and 88(h)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 79(a) and 80(a) of Article 2B -
Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

79.

(a) Except in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, CHARLES,
Frederick, Howard, MONTGOMERY, and Prince George's
Counties, the hours during which alcoholic beverages may
be sold or delivered to retail license holders by holders
of manufacturers' licenses shall be from 6 o'clock a.m.
to 12 o'clock midnight, on every day except Sundays and
election days.

80.

(a) Except in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, CHARLES,

Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) to read as
follows:
