personal services between producers of agricultural

commodities, on the property of another person.

5-204.

The Secretary, by suitable administrative procedures
including public hearings, if appropriate, shall:

(8) Require that records be kept by all
licensees and [other users of pesticides;] PERMITTEES;

5-205. Inspection.

The Secretary may SAMPLE ANY PESTICIDE AND inspect

any device, container, product, apparatus or__equipment

used or intended for use in pest control operations, any
establishment from which pest control is conducted, and
any pesticide application or treatment performed by a
certified applicator or someone under his supervision.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
