MARVIN MANDEL, Governor 1707 PURPOSE. (B) THE ATTORNEY GENERAL SHALL COMMENCE AND TRY (C) WITH RESPECT TO THE COMMENCEMENT AND TRIAL OF (D) A PROSECUTION FOR ANY OFFENSE IN VIOLATION OF 11-2A08. COOPERATION WITH FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL MAY COOPERATE WITH THE FEDERAL 11-2A09. CIVIL ACTIONS. (A) (1) THE ATTORNEY GENERAL SHALL INSTITUTE (2) IN A PROCEEDING UNDER THIS SECTION, THE COURT SHALL DETERMINE WHETHER A VIOLATION HAS BEEN (I) REMOVE THE EFFECTS OF ANY (II) PREVENT CONTINUATION OR RENEWAL OF (B) (1) THE UNITED STATES, THE STATE, AND ANY (2) A PERSON INJURED BY A VIOLATION OF SECTION 11-2A03 MAY MAINTAIN AN ACTION FOR DAMAGES OR FOR COMMITTED THE VIOLATION. (3) IF AN INJUNCTION IS ISSUED, THE COMPLAINANT SHALL BE AWARDED COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES. (4) IN AN ACTION FOR DAMAGES, IF AN INJURY DUE TO A VIOLATION OF SECTION 2A03 IS FOUND, THE PERSON |
