Good Samaritan Law

FOR the purpose of providing for [[the liability for
civil damages of]] certain immunity from civil
damages for physicians, nurses, members of fire
departments or ambulance and rescue squads, law
enforcement officers, and other persons and
organizations providing emergency medical service or
care.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 132 of Article 43 - Health, of the
Annotated Cole of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed.

SECTION    2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new

Section 132      be and it is hereby added to Article 43 —
