AN ACT concerning

Outdoor Advertising — Fees

FOR the purpose of [[enabling the State Highway
Administration to set the annual license fee for
licensure of outdoor advertising businesses and the
permit fee for the advertisements]] increasing the
annual license fee and the annual permit fee payable
to the State Highway Administration by a person,
firm, or corporation engaged in business of outdoor
advertising; providing penalties for delinquent
payment of permit fees; authorizing removal of
structures for which the permit fee is not paid;
specifying allowable structures; and generally
clarifying the provisions relating to outdoor
advertising.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 201 and 204 of Article 56 -
Licenses, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
