SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
26—10 of Article 33 — Election Code, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1975
Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect January 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning

Aviation — Obstructions

FOR the purpose of declaring public policy with respect
to obstruction of air navigation; specifying the
power and duty of the State Aviation Administration
to adopt rules and regulations relating to air
navigation; prohibiting certain obstruction to air
navigation; enabling political subdivisions and
joint zoning boards to grant certain variances;
establishing procedures for application for and
granting of the variances; providing for obstruction
lighting and marking; and generally relating to air
navigation.
