permit or renewal of a permit has not been acted upon by
the Superintendent within [60] 90 days after the
application was submitted, may request the Board for a
hearing by filing a written request for such a hearing
with the Board.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 26-12 of Article 33 - Election
Code, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement
Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 33 — Election Code

26-12.

(A) The forms for the "Report or Statement of
Campaign and Election Contributions and Expenditures" and
the "Schedule of Receipts and Disbursements" shall be
