Appropriation for the Expenses of the Special Session

FOR the purpose of making an emergency appropriation for
the payment of the expenses of the General Assembly
of Maryland for the Extraordinary Session of May 12,
1975.

AN ACT concerning

Limitations on Residential Rental Fee Increases

FOR the purpose of setting a new automatic expiration
date for those provisions of the law which generally
impose certain limitations on the power of certain
landlords to increase their rental fees under
certain circumstances at certain times; exempting
certain fiduciaries from the limitation on rent
increases; exempting certain county financed
projects; correcting language; providing a certain
case where any county or Baltimore City law,
ordinance, or regulation does not supersede this
law; and generally relating to limitations on
residential rental fee increases.
