	8 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [May 12 By order, James P. Mause Chief Clerk Read and adopted. ORDER By the Speaker: ORDERED, That the Honorable John Arnick of Baltimore County be designated as Majority Floor Leader of the House of Delegates for this Special Session of 1975. Be it farther Ordered: That the Honorable William Linton of Baltimore County shall serve as Minority Floor Leader. By order, James P. Mause Chief Clerk Read and adopted. ORDER By the Speaker: ORDERED, That the House of Delegates Committees appointed by the Speaker of the House of Delegates during the Regular Session of 1975, be and they are hereby continued to serve during this Special Legislative Session of 1975; and be it further ordered that the Speaker is hereby authorized and empowered to fill any vacancy or vacancies that may exist in said committees by reason of death, resignation or any other manner.
