Leader.

ORDERED, That the House of Delegates Committees
appointed by the Speaker of the House of Delegates during
the Regular Session of 1975, be and they are hereby
continued to serve during this Special Legislative
Session of 1975; and be it further ordered that the
Speaker is hereby authorized and empowered to fill any
vacancy or vacancies that may exist in said committees by
reason of death, resignation or any other manner.
