Senate Bill No. 10 - By Senator Steers:

AN ACT concerning

Alcoholic Beverages — Taxation

FOR the purpose of providing that the tax on certain
alcoholic beverages and distilled spirits sold or
delivered in this State be levied at a certain
percentage rate of the total cost per gallon to the
retail dealer, but not less than a certain amount;
providing for the method of collection of the tax
and generally relating to the taxation of alcoholic
beverages in this State.
