Senate Pule 38 and any other applicable Rule of the
Senate is amended for the duration of the Special Session
of May 12, 1975, to provide for committee references as
follows:

Senate Bill No. 1, the "Circuit Breaker" bill and
Senate Bill No. 2, the "Police Aid" bill are referred to
the Committee on Budget and Taxation.

All other introductory bills, joint resolutions, and
simple resolutions will be referred to the Senate
Committee on Rules.
