yeares but Since they were bound unto ye Said Mulikin & his wife they having
mightily abused them &a. as wee who are yr. poore peticoners Shall make it
Appeare unto yr. Worships when wee are thereunto required &a. Soe wee humbly
crave how that yr worships would be pleased that wee have Wm Tippins & his
Wife for to be our Guardians untill wee Come of age &a. or else unto whom yr
Worships Shall think fitt and yr. poore peticoners as in Duty bound Shall ever
pray                 The which peticon being read & by ye Court duly Considered
It was Ordered by ye Court that ye Said Peticoners doe returne home againe
along wth. ye Said Danll. Mulikin & there to reamine According as they were

Eliza. Franklin Timothy Mountsier & Edward Offley Sworne & Sent to ye
Grand jury

Wm Scott & Sarah his wife Acknowledge A deed to William Jackson for one
hundred acres of Land Scituate lyeing & being in ye forke of ye Maine
branch of Tuckahoe Creeke

Leiut. Coll. Thomas Smith absent       Ordered that Sums Issue for Edwin Godwin
upon Acct. of Thomas Godwin & Sarah his wife at. Joshua Sweatnam   Jno Dowdall Clk

Orphant Jury returne & present as followeth         vizt.
Wee ye jury doe present Wm Robinson of Island Creeke Hundred for that he ye Said
Wm did not bring Thomas Honey Sone to Thomas Honey to Court According to bond passed
for Soe doeing                                                         Nicholas Clouds Foreman

Wee ye Jury doe prsent Danll. Mullikin of Island Hundred for Abuseing William
and Joan Halse Two of ye orphans of Abraham Halse late of this County Decd
                                         Signed billa vera    pr Nicholas Clounds forem

Wee ye Jury doe prsent Phillip Hopkins of Upper Chester hundred for that
he ye Said Phillip did not Educate Sarah Ingram according to recognizance
when ye Said Sarah was bound to him       Signed billa vera    pr Nich: Clouds forem

After which It was by ye Court ordd. that Edwd. Fry give ye Said Jury
Creditt for ye Sume of Two hundred & fifty pounds of Tobo.
Wee alsoe prsent Martha Phillingham wife to Richard            Jno Dowdall Clk
Phillingham for incontinent liveing wth. Edwd. Skidmore by comon fame Nicho. Clounds for[e]
                                                                                                               man

Thomas Tolley being prsented by ye Grand jury last March Court for forceably Takeing
a warrant from Neale O?Neale Granted by Leiut. Coll. Thomas Smith which
prsentment was Signed billa vera    pr.                 Jno Chaires Foreman
Comand was given to ye Sherf. of Kent County ye 28. day of March Annoq Domi. 1701
that he cause Thomas Tolley if he Should be found in his bailewick Soe that he be &
appeare his Majties Justices at ye Next Court
