Skidmore by comon fame Nicho. Clounds for[e] man Thomas Tolley being prsented by ye Grand jury last March Court for forceably Takeing a warrant from Neale O?Neale Granted by Leiut. Coll. Thomas Smith which prsentment was Signed billa vera pr. Jno Chaires Foreman Comand was given to ye Sherf. of Kent County ye 28. day of March Annoq Domi. 1701 that he cause Thomas Tolley if he Should be found in his bailewick Soe that he be & appeare his Majties Justices at ye Next Court |
