thirty nine Acres being part of A Tract of Land Called Smiths Range

Severall Creatures of horse Kind & them did mark contrary to ye peace of our Soveraigne

of Henry Green in Kent County within ye jurisdiction of this Court given under my

The Jury are Contented ye Court Should Alter ye matter of forme not Changing ye
matter of fact       or Substance

Ordered That ye Sherf. of this County take into his Custody ye bodies of Jno Bennett
and Eliza. Peterson & there to remaine untill they find Security for theire Appearance
at ye next Court & good behaviour in ye Meanwhile       Jno Dowdall Clk

Ordered that Isaac Caulk creditt ye Grand jury for Two hundred pounds of Tobo.
