Charles Truillow Son to John & Susannah Truillow being now Three yeares of age wth. the
Consent of his Said Father & Mother bound by ye Court to Majr. John Hawkins untill he

Consent of his Said Father & Mother is bound by ye Court to Majr. John Hawkins untill he

Arthur Arnald Servant to Capt. Wm Hackett coming into ye Country without Indentures
and being brought to Court to have his age Adjudged The Court upon view of ye Said Servant
doe adjudge him to be of ye age of Thirteen yeares and ordered to Serve his Said master according

Samll. Taylor comes into Court & Assumes ye paymt. of halfe ye fees Accrewing upon an
Action brought by ye Said Samll. Taylor against Andrew Hambletowne

                          The Court Adjournes till Seaven A Clock To Morrow morning

Ordered by ye Court that Jean Annis and Pattrick Bryan be Comitted into ye Sherfs.
Custody and by ye Said Sherf. to be carried to ye whipping post and there to recieve one and

Motion being mad[e to ye] Court on behalfe of John Sweatnam that he might have an ordr.
for Satisfaction for [ye troub]le of his house & loss of Time from ye Said Servants which was
granted unto him            And Ordered That ye Said Jean Annis & Patrick Bryan
doe Serve theire Master Jno Sweatnam after ye Expiracon of theire time of Servitude ye
Space of Three monthes Each of them for the loss of Time & Trouble of his house Sustained
