Jeremiah Smith    Smith late of Said County Weaver if found in his bailiwick to ye value of eight
hundred & Six pounds of Tobo. to Satisfie unto John Lillingston A Certaine Judgemt. recovered
ast. him & that by good & Lawfull Men &a. he make knowne &a. Soe that he She or they be
& personally Appeare at ye next Court to Shew cause &a.
Att which next Court vizt. ye 25. day of Novemr. Annoq Domi. 1701 ye Day of ye returne of Said
writt came Elias King high Sherf. of Said County & made returne thereof thus Endorsed vizt
Attached in ye hands of Thomas Ruth as by this writt I am Comanded    pr    Elias King Sherf.
But ye Said Plaintf by Richard Macklin his Attry moves ye Court that ye Same may be
Condemned for ye use of ye Said Plaintf and noe person Appearing to Shew Cause why ye Same
Should not be Condemned Judgt. was given by ye Court for Condemnation

Therefore it is Considered by ye Court this Day vizt. ye 28. day of Novemr. Annoq Domi
1701 That ye Said Plaintf John Lillingston have Execution ast. ye Goods, Chattles, debts
Rights, or Creditts of ye Said Defendt. Jeremiah Smith as well for ye Sume of one pound
five Shillings Currant Money Debt as alsoe ye Sume of five hundred & Six pounds of
Tobo. Cost of Suite and ye Said Jeremiah Smith in Mercy ~~~       Jno Dowdall Clk
                                              Elias King assumes ye payment of ye above Judgemt.
