Therefore it is considered by ye Court here vizt. this 28 day of Novemr. Anno Domi 1701
that ye Said Plaintf. Phillemon Lloyd doe recover from ye Said Defendt. Patrick Bryan as
well ye Sume of Two hundred Sixty & eight pounds of Tobo. Debt due upon balle. as alsoe
ye Sume of Three hundred and one pound of Tobo. cost of Suite & ye Said Patrick in Mercy

Comand was given to ye Sherf. of Kent County ye 13. day of Febry Annoq Domi. 1700 alsoe
ye 29 day of March Annoq Domi. 1701 that by good and Lawfull men of this bailiwick he make
knowne unto Nicholas Clouds if found in his bailiwick Soe that he be & personally appeare
before our Justices at ye next Courts to be held for Said County to Shew cause if any he have why
Execution Should not Issue forth ast. him for ye Sume of Five hundred pounds of Tobo. due
to Rebecca Willmer Exx. of ye last will & Testamt. of Simon Willmer late of Said County Clk
Decd. for Clks fees &a.
Att which next Court vizt. ye 25 day of March Annoq Annoq Domi. 1701 ye Day of
ye returne of Said first writt came Elias King high Sherf. of Said County & made
returne vizt. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~                 Non Est Inventus    Elias King Sherf.
Likewise came ye Said Sherf. ye 24. day of June Anno Domi. 1701 ye day of ye
returne of Said writt and made returne thereof vizt
Made knowne to ye within named Nicholas Clouds before Charles Hollinsworth & Jno Hackett
two good and lawfull Men of my bailiwick as by this within writt I am comanded
                                                                            Elias King Sherf.
On which Said 24. day of June Anno Domi. 1701 ye Said Defendt. Nicholas Clouds in his prpr
person appeares & prayes thereof to Imparle untill ye next Court which was granted him the
Same day was given ye Plaintf. likewise    Macklin pr qr

The which cause being contd from Court to Court untill this present Court vizt. ye 28 day
of Novemr. Annoq Domi 1701 came ye Said Plaintf. by her Said Attry & ye Said cause Standing
for Tryall Exhibitts his Acct. of Clks fees ast. ye Said Defendt. which was as followeth

Defendt. Nicholas Clouds as well for ye Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobo. Debt as alsoe ye Sume
of Two hundred Thirty and three pounds of Tobo cost and ye Said Deft. in mercy    Jno Dowdall Clk
