Courts following that he Take James Williames alius Dictus James Williames of Kent County in ye province of Maryland Planter if found in his bailiwick & him Safe keepe Soe that he have his body before his Majties Justices at ye next Courts to be held for Said County to answer unto Elias King Exr. of ye last will & Testamt. of Edwd. Sweatnam late of Kent County Gentn Decd. who was Exr. of ye last will & Testamt. of Richard Sweatnm. late of Talbott County Gentn Decd. of A plea that he render him ye full & just Sume of four thousand and eighty nine pounds of good Sound Merchantable Leafe Tobo in Casque which from him he unjustly Detaines Att which next Courts ye days of ye returnes of Said writts came Thomas Smith one of ye Coroners of Said County & made returne thereof Non est Inventus pr Thomas Smith Corr.
