his Security & y^e Said Richard promiseth that y^e Said Defend^t. Thomas Howell Shall
pay condemnacon if Cast or else he will doe it for him
And y^e Said Defend^t. Thomas Howell by Michael Earle his Att^ry appeares &
prayes thereof to Imparle untill y^e next Court which was grated him y^e Same
day was given y^e Plant^f. likewise

Custody untill he find Esp^ll. baile to y^e Said Action depending between y^e Said Plaint^f.
