       To the aforegoing Power of Attorney were annexed the following Certificates and
                                                                                                                  Deposition
             London to wit
                                              James Gale Clerk to Benjamin Hammatt
       of Birchin Lane in the Parish of Saint Edmund the King and Martyr London
       Notary Publick Maketh Oath that he was present and did see Mary Hanbury
       by the name Stile and title of Mary Hanbury of Stoke Newington in the County
       of Middlesex Widow, late Partner with Osgood Hanbury late of London
       Merchant by now Deceased under the firm of Osgood Hanbury & C.o (sign
       seal and as her Act and Deed in due form of Law execute and deliver the
       Original Paper writing or Letter of Attorney marked with the letter A.
       hereunto annexed bearing date the twenty sixth day of September last
       past to and for the uses intents and purposes therein mentioned and that
       in Testimony of such execution he this Deponent set signed or subscribed
       his name as witness thereto, as thereby may appear
       Sworn the first day of October
       in the Year 1785 Before me                        James gale

                   I Benjamin Hammatt Notary Publick dwelling in London
       duly admitted and sworn do hereby Certify and attest that the Right Honourable
       Richard Clark Esquire before whom the aforegoing affidavit was this day sworn
       and by him signed (in presence of me Notary) is Lord Mayor of the City of London
       and one of his Magesties Justices of the peace in and for the said city and that
       to all affidavits before him Sworn and by him signed full faith and Credit
       is and ought to be given in Judgment Court and thereout (the Magistrates of this
       City next affixing any Seal to Depositions before them made except only
       where in pursuance of an Act of Parliament for the Recovery of Debts in his
       Majesties Plantations and Colonies in America the chief Magistrate causes
       the seal of the Office of Mayoralty to be affixed) Witness my Notarial firm and
       Seal in London the first day of October in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven
       hundred and Eighty five

       who hath signed and passed the aforegoing Certificate is a Notary Publick dwelling

       and credit is and ought to be given in Judgment Court and thereot Witness our
       hands in London aforesaid the first day of October One thousand seven hundred
