                      I Benjamin Hammatt Notary Publick dwelling in
       London duly admitted and sworn do hereby Certify and attest that the
       Right Honourable Richard Clark Esquire before whom the aforegoing
       affidavit was this day sworn and by him signed (in presence of me Notary) is
       Lord Mayor of the City of London and one of his Majestys Justices of the peace in
       and for the said City and that to all affidavits before him sworn and by him signed
       full faith and Credit is and ought to be given in Judgement Court and thereout)
       the Magistrates of this City not affixing any seal to Depositions before them made
       except only wherein pursuance of an Act of Parliament for recovery of Debts in
       his Majestys Plantations and Colonys in America the chief Magistrate
       causes the seal of the office of Mayoralty to be affixed)  Witness my Notarial
