498) To the aforegoing Power of Attorney were annexed the following Certificates and Affirmations to wit B. Frederick by Divine providence Archbishop of Canterbury Primate of all England and Metrapolitan do by these presents make known to all men that on the sixteenth day of June in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty nine at London before the Worshipful Francis Simpson Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipful George Hay Doctor of Laws Master keeper or Commissary of our Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted the last will and Testament of Capel Hanbury late of the Parish of All hallows Barking London deceased hereunto annexed was approved and Registred the said Deceased having whilst living and at the of his Death Goods Chattles or Credits in Divers Dioceses or Jurisdictions by Reason whereof the proving and Registring the said Will and the granting Administration of all and singular the said Goods Chattles and Credits And also the auditing allowing and final discharging the accompt thereof are well known to appertain only and wholly to us and not to any Inferior Judge and that Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased and any way remaining his will was granted to Mary Hanbury Widow ^the^ Relict of the said Deceased Mark Beaufoy and John Hunter the Executors named in the said Will the said Mary Hanbury and Mark Beaufoy having already made a Solemn & sincere Declaration or Affirmation according to Act of Parliament and the said John Hunter having been already sworn well and faithfully to Administer the same and to make a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the said Goods and credits and to whilst the same into the Registry of our said Court on or before the last day of December next ensuing and also to render a just and true accoumpt thereof Given at the time and place above written and in the first year of our Translation Exam.d with the original the Hen Stevens 1.st October 1785 John Stevens Deputy P.r James Gale G Gostling Registers With the Seal of the Prerogative Court of the Aarchbishop of Canterbury in Red wax appending C.
