39 To the Given Line of Craymer's Lot Number Thirty five then South Twenty eight degrees West One hundred and Sixty eight Perches Then West Fifty five Perches then with a Straight Line to the Beginning Containing One hundred and Fourteen Acres and the Aforesaid Lott of ground Number Seventy one Beginning at the Beginning Tree of Jacob Beavers Lot Number seventy one and running thence South Ten degrees West Nine Perches Then West Fourteen Perches Then South Ten degrees West Thirty three Perches To Jacob Keller Lot Number Twenty then with the Second Line thereof reversed North Seventy degrees East Ninety Nine Perches then by a Straight Line to the Beginning Containing Eleven acres more or less (Saving a right if any under a lease or Leases Granted by the Late Proprietor of the Manor aforesaid Together with all and Singular the Appurtenances to the Aforesaid Lots belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the Reversion and reversions remainder and remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof To have and To hold The aforesaid Two Lots hereby bargained and Sold with their appurtenances (Saving the right before mentioned if any) unto him the Said Joseph Dowson his heirs and Assigns forever In witness whereof the Parties hereto have hereunto Set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written Clem.t Hollyday (seal) Signed Sealed and Delivered Nath Ramsey (seal) In presence of G Duvall (seal) A C Hanson On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Vide Licet) Maryl.d fs.t On the 20.th day of November 1782 Came the within named Clement Hollyday Nathaniel Ramsey and Gabriel Duvall before the Subscriber one of the Judges of the General Court and acknowledged the within Instrument of writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and premises therein Mentioned to be the right Title and Estate of the within named Joseph Dowson his heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent and meaning thereof And the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and Provided A C Hanson Recorded 3.d day of May 1783 Ex.d & p.d This Indenture made the Fifteenth day of March Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Eighty three Between Jacob Funck of Washington County In the State of Maryland of the one part and John Stone of Frederick County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth That the Said Jacob Funck for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five Pounds Current Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the Said John Stone The receipt whereof he the Said Jacob Funck doth hereby acknowledge hath granted Bargained and Sold and by these presents doth grant Bargain Sell and Confirm unto the Said John Stone his heirs and Assigns forever all that Lott or Portion of Ground Situate in the Town of Hamburgh and Prince Georges County known in the General Plan of Said Town by Number (Two) |
