380) Aforesaid Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns for Ever All That Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in Queen Anns County and the State of Maryland called Kent Fort Manor Containing by Estimation two thousand one hundred and fifty acres more or less Together with all and singular the Buildings Waters Fisheries Rents Profits Hereditaments Easements Advantages Appendages and Appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof to the same Tract of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining and all Reversion or Reversions Remainder or Remainders of all and singular the aforesaid Tract of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances hereby granted or mentioned to be granted and every part and parcel thereof and also every Estate and Estates rights Titles Interest Claims or demands whatsoever of them the said Elenor Brent William Brent and Daniel Carroll Brent or any or either of them as Executors or otherwise of what Nature or kind soever of into or out of the said Tract of Land and Premises with the appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof and also all Deeds writings Charters and Muniments whatsoever touching or concerning the aforesaid Tract of Land and Premises with the appendages and appurtenances whatsoever hereby granted or mentioned and intended to be granted bargained and Sold and every part and parcell thereof with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns for Ever clearly and absolutely acquitted and discharged of the claim of Dower of the said Elenor Brent and of all Claims and Incumbrances by from or under the said William Brent Senior deceased and of all persons deriving title under him to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns for Ever And the said Elenor Brent William Brent and Daniel Carroll Brent do for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators jointly and Seperately Covenant promise and agree to and with the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns that if the aforesaid Samuel Chew his Heirs or Assigns shall happen at any future time to be legally evicted dispossessed or kept out of possession of all or any part of the before mentioned Land and Premisses that then and in such Case the said Elenor Brent William Brent and Daniel Carroll Brent their Heirs Executors or Administrators will refund and repay back to the said Samuel Chew his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns so evicted dispossessed or kept out of possession the Sum of Seven thousand Pounds Current Money of Maryland aforesaid the aforesaid purchase Money for the Land and premisses aforesaid or such part thereof as the Land that may be so evicted dispossessed or recovered may amount to rated at a price proportionall to the Sum aforesaid herein before mentioned and expressed as the Purchase Money and Consideration for the whole Tract of Land aforesaid together with legal Interest thereon from the time of such Eviction dispossession or recovery and all legal Costs that may accrue thereof And the said Elenor Brent William Brent and daniel Carroll Brent for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators jointly and seperately do further Covenant promise and agree to and with the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns that they the said Elenor Brent William Brent and Daniel Carroll Brent and their and each of their Heirs Executors and Administrators jointly and Seperately the aforesaid Tract of Land and Premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended to be granted and every part and parcell thereof and all and singular their and every of their rights Members and appurtenances whatsoever unto |
