342 forever as Tenants in common as in and by the said recited Indenture Recorded in Prince Georges County aforesaid in Lib CC N.o 2 fol 369 370 & 371 more at Large Appears And whereas the said John Biddle and Clement Biddle now Stand lawfully Seized in their Demesne as of Fee of and in one full Equal and Undivided half part (The whole into Two Equal parts to be divided) of and in two certain Water Lots of Ground with a Store House thereon erected Situate in George Town on Potowmac River in the State of Maryland containing in Breadth on the said River about ninety four feet Bounded by the Public Wharf in said Town and by a Water Lot of Deakins and ONeill which Lots were Purchased in company with Thomas Richardson as by the Deeds for the same Lots will more fully appear And Wheras the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle do also stand lawfully Seized in their Demesne as of Fee of and in one full Equal and undivided fourth Part (the whole into four equal parts to be divided of and in a Certain Mill and Tract of Land Situate on Rock Creek in the County of Montgomery in the State of Maryland about Ten miles distant from George Town in the Potowmack which was also Purchased in Company with the said Thomas Richardson & one Thomas Johns And whereas by Force and Virtue of sundry Good Conveyances and Assurances in the Law Duly had and Executed he the said John Biddle now standeth Lawfully seized in his Demesne as of Fee of and in a Certain yearly Rent charge of Twenty Eight Pounds five shillings lawful money of Pensylvania issuing out of a Lot of Ground situate on the South side of High Street in the City of Philadelphia now or late in the Tenure of William Norton and also of and in a ^Certain^ other Yearly Rent Charge of Thirty two Pounds three shillings like Money issuing out of a Lot of Ground Situate on the South Side of High Street aforesaid adjoining the last mentioned Lot now or late in the Tenure of William Bingham which said two Lotts of Ground out of which the said two Rent Charges are Yearly Issuing growing due and Payable Contain both together in Breadth on the said High Street one hundred and fifty one feet nine inches and in Length or Debth in Ninth Street Three hundred and Six Feet under and subject to one Indenture of Mortgage which the said John Biddle made of the same Rent Charges unto Mary Arnitt of the City of Philadelphia Widow for the better |
