       and Agreements herein after mentioned on the Part of the said William Taylor his
       his Executors Administrators and Assigns to be Performed and kept hath deemed
       granted and to Farm Let and by these presents doth Demise Grant and to Farm
       let unto the said William Taylors his Executors Administrators and Assigns
       all that Part of ^a tract of^ Land called Batchelors Hall in Ann Arundel County which
       is Contained in the following Meets and Bounds Beginning at a dead Box
       oak near the main Road side and running Thence with a straight Line to a
       Cross Pence agreed on by both Parties Kittens Field by Name the Rails for the
       said fence to be Mauled by said Taylor his heirs or assigns and to be hauled by
       said Scott his heirs or Assigns and from thence Running to a Stooped White
       oak with four Slipes And from thence to a small Red Oak sliped on four side
       and from thence home to the dead box oak

       Together with all and singular the Premises with the Appurtenances to the said
       Demised Premisses belonging or any Ways Appertaining To have and To hold
       the said Demised Premisses to the said William Taylor his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns for and during the Term of Six years from the day of
       the Date Hereof              fully to be compleated and Ended Yielding
       and Paying therefor unto the said Richard Scott his Heirs and Assigns at
       the Expiration of every year the Just and full Sum of Seven Pounds ten
       shillings Lawfull Money of this State                                       Provided always
       and upon this Condition that if it shall happen that the said yearly
       Rent or any part thereof shall remain unpaid by the Space of three Months
       next after the day on which the same ought to be paid or if the said William
       Taylor his Executors Administrators or Assigns shall demise Let Sit or
       Assign the aforesaid Premisses or any part thereof to any Person or Persons
       Whatsoever for all ^or^ any part of the said Term without the Special Licence
       or Consent of the said Richard Scott his heirs or Assigns in that behalf first
       had and obtained in Writing under his or their hand or Hands that then
       and from thence forth it shall and may be Lawful for the said Richard
       Scott his Heirs or Assigns into the said demised Premises and into every
       part and Parcell thereof Wholly to re enter and the same to have again
       repossess and Enjoy as in his or their former Estate and the said William Taylor
