252 Behalf as such as may be brought against him upon such Terms and Conditions and to accede and agree to such Abatement Deductions and Allowances to be made thereout or out of any of them and to such other Stipulations Articles Matters and things touching or concerning the same as he the said Attorney shall think fit Just and reasonable on his Part and if Occasion be to refer and submit the same or any of them or any other Disputes or Differences which may arise on his behalf with any Person or Persons touching any Matter or Thing whatsoever to Arbitration in such Manner and under such Terms or Conditions as he shall think Proper and for him the said Johnson Gildart to execute seal and Deliver in due form of Law Proper and sufficient Bond or Bonds of Arbitration for that Purpose and to abide and fulfil on his Part the award or awards which shall be made by Virtue thereof and to obey and submit to any rule or rules of any Court or Courts of Law or Equity touching or concerning any such suit or suits and to acknowledge satisfaction upon record for any sum or sums of Money recovered in or Awarded to him thereon and to pay and Satisfy such Damages and Costs as he may be Adjud^g^ed and Condemned to Pay and to do Transact and Execute all such other Matters and things therein as shall be incumbent on him to do and most Consistent with his Interest to the best of his Judgment And also upon receipt of any sum or sums of Money Debts or Demands Goods Merchandizes or Effects due owing and Payable or belonging to him from any Person or Persons for him and in his name to give seal and execute full and sufficient releases Acquittances and Discharges for the same to the good liking and Approbation of the Parties And also to pay and satisfy all Just and Legal Debts due or to grow due and Payable from him to any other person or persons if any such shall be Demanded taking Proper receipts and Discharges for the same And likewise for him to adjust balance or Liquidate and Close all open and Unsettled Accounts standing between him or ^and^ any other Person or persons upon such Terms and in such Manner as to his said Attorney shall seem fair and reasonable And Also for him and in his name to proceed by Ejectment or by such other lawful ways and means as his said Attorney shall be advised and shall Judge proper to eject and remove any of his Tenants or any other Person or Persons from the Possession of any of his Messuages Lands Plantations Estates and Premises or any of them or of his Shares or Parts thereof and to recover the Possession thereof as his said Attorney shall see Occasion And generally and finally the said Johnson Gildart doth hereby grant and Delegate to his said Attorney his entire and Absolute Discretion Power and Authority to the fullest extent in and over all and every his Affairs Business and Concerns in Moneys Lands and all other Matters whatsoever in the said Provinces of of Maryland and Virginia and elsewhere in North America and in the West India Islands wherein he is or shall be Connected Interested or Affected in any Wise (and) |
