       Our Heirs Executors and Administrators Jointly and severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our
       Seals and Dated this first day of May Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty one ^two^
       The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above Bound Alexander Catlett do and Shall well
       and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the Treasurer of the Western Shore for the time being the Just and full
       Sum of Ninety two pounds In Gold and silver Rating Milled Dollars at seven Shillings and six pence
       and other Gold and silver at the Rates mentioned in an Act entitled an Act for the emission of Bills of Credit &c
       passed May session 1781 or in Bills of Credit of the emission of the tenth of May 1781 To the Actual Value
       thereof in the proportions and on the Days following to wit One third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the
       first day of September 1782 with Legal Interest thereon  One third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the first
       day of September 1783 with Legal Interest thereon and the other third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the
       first day of  September 1784 with Legal Interest thereon  Then the above Obligation to be Void else to Remain

       shillings per acre for the Contents of Lot N.o 56 and twenty five Shillings per acre for the Contents of Lot N.o
       59 on the Plat of Zachiah Manor made A D 1767 b7 Thomas Hanson In Gold and Silver Rating Milled
       Dollars at Seven Shillings and six pence and other Gold and silver at the rates mentioned in an entitled
       an Act for the emission of Bills of Credit &c passed May session 1781 or in Bills of Credit of the emission
       of the tenth of May 1781 To the Actual Value thereof in the proportions and on the Days following to wit One

       N.o 41 on the plat Zachiah Manor made in the Year 1767 by Theophilus Hanson In Gold and Silver Rating
       Milled Dollars at seven Shillings and six pence and other Gold and silver at the Rates mentioned in an Act entitled
       for the emission of Bills of Credit &c passed May session 1781 or in Bills of Credit of the emission of the tenth of May
