            Maryland sc.t  Know all men by these presents that we Thomas Hilton Henry King Jun.r and William
       Beane of Saint Marys County are held and firmly Bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and Just
       Sum of Six hundred pounds Gold Currency to be paid to the said State of Maryland To the which payment
       well and truly to be made and Done We Bind ourselves and each of us and each of our Heirs executors &
       Administrators Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and Dated this twenty
       fifth day of September Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty one  The Condition of
       the above obligation is such that if the above Bound Thomas Hilton do and Shall well and truly pay or
       Cause to be paid unto the treasurer of the Western Shore for the time being the Just and full Sum of nine
       Shillings per Acre for all the Land which shall be Contained in Lot N.o 9 on the plat of Woolsey Manor
       In Gold and Silver Rating Milled Dollars at Seven Shillings and Six pence and other Gold and Silver
       at the Rates Mentioned in an Act entitled an Act for the emission of Bills of Credit &c passed May session
       1781 or in Bills of Credit of the emission of the tenth of May 1781 to the Actual Value thereof in the
       proportions and on the days following to wit One third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the first
       day of September 1782 with Legal Interest thereon  One third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the
       first day of September 1783 with Legal Interest thereon and the other third part thereof as aforesaid on
       or before the first day of September 1784 with Legal Interest thereon  Then the above Obligation
