       This Indenture made the fourth day of November in the Year of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and eighty two  Between Joseph Eastman and Lewis Neth of the City of Annapolis
       Merchants of the one part and Joseph Williams of the aforesaid City Merchant of the Other part witnesseth
       That the said Joseph Eastman and Lewis Neth for and in Consideration of Fifteen hundred
       Pounds Current Money to them in hand paid by the said Joseph Williams at or before the sealing and delivery
       of these presents the Receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth hereby acquit
       and discharge the aforesaid Joseph Williams His heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns by these presents
       hath granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents  Doth
       Grant bargain Sell alien release Enfeoff and confirm unto him the said Joseph Williams his heirs and
       Assigns forever all that part or parcell of the piece or parcel of Land Situate lying and being within the
       said City of Annapolis which was heretofore on or about the twenty first day of March Seventeen hundred
       and Seventy Sold and conveyed by John Beale Bordley to Charles Wallace of the said city and by the said
       Charles Wallace on or about the Twentieth day of March Seventeen hundred and Seventy one  Sold and Conveyed
       to Thomas Harwood of Anne Arundel county Merchant and by the said Thomas Harwood on or about
       The tenth day of February Seventeen hundred and Eighty Sold and conveyed to the above named Joseph
       Eastman and Lewis Neth the said part or parcel of land so as aforesaid bargained and sold by the said
       Thomas Harwood to the said Joseph Eastman and Lewis Neth and by the said Joseph Eastman and Lewis
       Neth hereby bargained and sold to the said Joseph Williams and his heirs being in Breadth Twenty
       eight feet and in depth Ninety six feet and beginning at the Center of the first partition Wall at the
       end of Joshua Johnson's first line and running with the exterior part of the front Wall of the same Building
       Twenty eight feet to the Center of the Second Partition wall in the same Building then with a Line
       drawn back with the Center of the said second partition and parallel to a Line from the said beginning
       back with the first partition Wall of the said building for the length of Ninety six feet  Then with a Line drawn
       Parellel to the said first line for the breadth of Twenty eight feet and from thence by the said parellel and
       the center part of the said first partition straight to the beginning together with all houses buildings improvements
       emoluments advantages rights privileges and appurtenances whatsoever on the same being
       to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
       rents issues and profits thereof and of every part and parcell thereof and all the Estate right
       title Interest use trust possession property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Joseph Eastman
       and Lewis Neth of in and to the same and every part and parcell thereof  To have and
       to hold the said part of the Piece or parcell of ground aforesaid with its rights members and appurtenances
       to him the said Joseph Williams and his heirs to the only proper use and behoof of him
       the said Joseph Williams and his heirs as aforesaid and to or for no other use intent or purpose
       whatsoever and the said Joseph Eastman and Lewis Neth for themselves their heirs Executors
       and Administrators Doth hereby and grant to and with the said Joseph Williams his heirs
       and Assigns in manner and form following that is to say that they the said Joseph Eastman and
       Lewis Neth and their heirs the said part of the said Piece or parcell of ground aforesaid herein before
       mentioned and intended to be conveyed with its rights Members and appurtenances from and against
       them the said Joseph Eastman and Lewis Neth and their heirs and all Persons claiming from
       by or under them or any of them  To him the said Joseph Williams his heirs and Assigns shall
       and will warrant and forever defend by these presents and further that they the said Joseph Eastman &
       Lewis Neth their Heirs and all persons claiming from by or under them or any of them shall
       and will at any Time or times hereafter at the Reasonable request cost and Charges in the
       Law of the aforesaid Joseph Williams her heirs or Assigns make do execute Levy suffer and acknowledge
       any such further and other reasonable acts deeds and Assurances as shall be devised of or
       the better and more effectual Conveying and Assuring the said premises to the aforesaid Joseph
       Williams his heirs and Assigns as aforesaid so as such further Acts Deeds or Assurances Contain
       no further or other Covenant or warranty than is herein Contained  In Witness whereof the said Joseph
       Eastman and Lewis Neth have hereto set their hands and Seals the day and Year first
