       Joseph Ensor his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent and
       Meaning of the same Deed and the Power therein granted

       Cecil County sc.t Memorandum That on the 15.th Day of September 1770 Appeared
       before us two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid George
       Lewis one of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within Deed and made Oath on
       the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he saw the within Named Elizabeth
       Van Burkeloo Sign Seal Execute and Deliver the same as her Act & Deed
       and the Power of Attorney therein Contained and that he the said George Lewis
       together with Matthias Davis the other Subscribing Witness Signd their Names
       as Witnesses thereto Sworn to and Subscribed by the said George Lewis

       Memrandon that on the Seventeenth day of September in the Year of our Lord One
       Thousand seven hundred and seventy full and peacable Possession and
       Siesen was had and taken of the following Messuages or Tenements within
       granted and within the Boundarys of Bohemia Manor by Samuel Beedle
       Attorney of the within mentioned Elizabeth Van Burkelo and by him
       Deliverd over unto the within named Joseph Ensor To Hold to him his Heirs
       and Assigns forever according to the Contents and true Meaning of the
       within Indenture Viz.t All that part of the Plantation commonly called the
       Manor Plantation now in the Possession of Peter Lawson and also all that
       part of the said Plantation now in the Possession of George Lewis Two
       Tenaments in the Possession of Jonathan Hodgson and part of Bohemia
       Manor Plantation also in his Possession three Tenements in the Possession
       of Captain John Veazey four Tenements in the Possession of Joshua Donoho four
       Tenements in the Possession of John Holland one Tenement in the Possession
       Hyland Price one Tenement in Possession of Thomas Bouchell one Tenement
       in the Possession James Hukin one in the Possession of George & Ephraim
       Beasten two Tenements in the Possession of Andrew Lawrenson Three
       Tenements in the Possession of Jacob Ozier and also of the Tenements in the
       Twenty following Persons Possession Elizabeth Marr Empson Bird Elizabeth
       Lynch William Sterling Anthony Lynch Richard Hukin William Craige
       Richard Ford John Carty Andrew Crow Joseph Taylor John Mullen
       Rebeckah McCoy James Smith John Baventon Joseph Rider John Kirk
       Thomas Moore Peter Rider and Manasah Loage and also of the
       Tenements in Possession of the following Persons Viz.t Mary Elsberry
