       herein contained shall from henceforth Cease determine and be utterly void and of no Effect as
       of the same had never been made any Thing herein before contained to the Contrary thereof notwithstanding
       Provided also and it is hereby declared and agreed by and between all the said Parties
       to these Presents that it shall and may be lawful to and for the said John Rogers Abraham
       Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and
       Thomas Porteus and the Survivors and Survivor of them to compound with any Person or
       Persons whatsoever for or in Respect of any Debt or Debts Sum of Sums of Money whatsoever
       which now is due or owing to the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan or to their
       Estate if they or any of them shall think it necessary or proper so to do  And also to
       submit to Arbitration or otherwise agree any Dispute Matter or Thing whatsoever
       relating to the said Estate and Effects of the said John Buchanan and Gilbert Buchanan
       as to them the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall
       Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus or the Survivors
       or Survivor of them shall seem necessary and proper  Provided also and it is hereby
       further agreed and declared by and between the said parties to these Presents and
       declared to be their true Intent and Meaning that all and every such Sum and Sums of Money
       as shall be received by them the sid John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John
       Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus or any of them
       on Account of or belonging to the Estate and Effects of the said John Buchanan and Gilbert
       Buchanan by Virtue of these Presents shall be paid into the Bank of England in the joint
       Names of them the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund
       Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus or the Survivors or Survivor
       of them but nevertheless to for and upon the Trusts aforesaid  And the said John Rogers        
       Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward
       Gale and Thomas Porteus for themselves severally and respectively and for their several
       and respective Exors and Admors and not ^the^ one for the other nor for the Acts or Deeds
       Exors or Admors of each other but each of them for his own respective Acts and Deeds
       Executors and Admors only do and each of them doth covenant promise and agree to
       and with each and every of the said Creditors of the said John Buchanan and Gilbert
       Buchanan or either of them who shall execute these Presents and their respective
       Executors and Admors that they the said John Rogers Abraham Dyson Richard Cooke
       John Worrall Edmund Lardner Samuel Dyson Edward Gale and Thomas Porteus
       respectively and their respective Executors and Administrators shall and will from
       Time to Time as any Money shall come to their or any of their Hands by Virtue
       of these Presents or otherwise relating to the Estate or Effects of the said John Buchanan
       and Gilbert Buchanan or of either of them and as and when the same shall
