506 and the said Ignatius Digges Tenant and the said William Beall shall be vouchee and he shall Vouch over the Common Vouchee after the Manner and Course of a Common Recovery for Assurance of Lands and it is hereby further Covenanted concluded declared and fully agreed by and between all the said parties to these presents that the said Common Recovery so or in any other manner to be had and suffered as aforesaid of the aforesaid premisses with the appurtenances between the said parties to these presents ^shall enure and be and be construed and taken to enure and be to the Uses Intents and purposes^ herein after mentioned and declared (that is to say) to the use and Behoof of the said Ignatius Digges his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and seals the day and year first above written Signed Sealed and delivered by the above mentioned William W.m Beall (seal) Beall on the Tract of Land called Belfast above mentioned in the presence of Ignatius Digges (seal) Nath.l Magruder Tho.s Jenings (seal) George Willson Jun.r Signed sealed and delivered by the above mentioned Thomas Jenings and Ignatius Digges in presence of W Worthington On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t Received the Day of the within Indenture from the within mentioned Ignatius Digges the sum of seventy five pounds Current Money being the Consideration Money £ 75 0 0 within Mentioned to be paid W.m Beall Test J Hepburn On the Day of the within Indenture came the within named William Beall before me one of the Lord Proprietarys Justices of the provincial Court and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and the Lands and premisses with the appurtenances therein mentioned to be the Estate and Right of the within mentioned Ignatius Digges his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the Intent and purposes within mentioned Taken and Certified according to Act of Assembly before 6 sides J Hepburn Recorded the 30.th of April 1773 x.d Maryland fs.t Know all Men by these Presents that we Walter Dulany Daniel Dulany and Lloyd Dulany of the City of Annapolis are held and firmly Bound unto the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of the province of Maryland in the full and just Sum of Three Thousand Pounds Current Money to be paid to his said Lordship his Heirs and Successors to which Payment well and truly to be made and done we and every of us hereby Bind ourselves and every of us our and every of our Heirs Executors and Administrators Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals and dated this twenty Ninth Day of April Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and seventy three The Condition of the above Obligation is such That if the above Bounden Walter Dulany whilst he shall Continue in the office of Commissary General shall at his own proper Cost and Charge fine a Supply of good and sufficient Record Books necessary for the entring up of all |
