34C On the eighth day of September seventeen hundred and seventy came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices the within named John Beale Bordley, and acknowledged the within Deed to be her act & Deed and the Land and appurtenances within mentioned to be conveyed to be the Right & Estate of the within named Charles Wallace his heirs & assigns for ever according to the true intent & meaning of the within Deed and the act of assembly in such case made & provided, At the same time came also before me Margaret the within of the said John Beale Bordley & being by me privately examined apart from & out of the hearing of her said husband did relinquish and release all her Right and title of dower of in and to the said Premises and she declared that she did the same and made this her acknowledgment voluntarily and freely without being induced thereto by fears or Threats of, or ill usage from her said husband or through fear of his displeasure Before Recorded 12.th September 1770 W.m Hayward |
