453 with its Appurtenances free and clear from lett Suit Trouble denial Interruption or Molestation of him the said Thomas Gist his heirs Execr.s ^or^ Adm.rs and the said Thomas Gist for himselfe and his heirs doth Covenant and agree to and with the said Mordecai Gist his heirs and Assigns that the said Bargain'd Land and Premisses with its Appurtenances free and clear from all former and other Gifts, Grants, Bargains, Sales, or any other Incumberance whatsoever (the rents and Services hereafter due and Payable to the chief Lord of the Fee of whom the Premisses are holden only Excepted) and so shall be well and Sufficiently Warranted and defended unto the said Mordecai Gist his heirs Exer.s and Admr.s by the said Thomas Gist not only against the said Thomas Gist and his heirs but against all and Every other Person or Persons that shall Claim or Pretend to Claim any right Title or Interest to the same by from through or under the said Thomas Gist or his Heirs or any of them Lastly, the said Thomas Gist for himselfe and his heirs doth further Covenant and agree to and with the said Mordecai Gist his heirs and Assigns that he the said Thomas Gist his heirs Execr.s or Admr.s shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter at the Request Cost and Charges of said Mordecai Gist or his heirs make do Acknowledge and Execute any other Indenture Deed or Instrument of Writing for the further better and More Perfect Conveying and Assuring the beforementioned Parcell of Land and Premisses with all their Appurtenances unto the said Mordecai Gist his Heirs Execr.s and Assignes In Witness whereof the said Thomas Gist hath hereunto Sett his hand and Seale the day and year above Written Sign'd Sealed & Delivered Tho.s Gist (Seal) in Presence of Will.m Aisquith Christ.o Carnan On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorsed to wit Rec.d Sept.r 26.th 1768 of Mordecai Gist the Sum of Twenty Pounds Sterling Money being the Consideration Within Mentioned Test p me Tho.s Gist Will.m Aisquith On the 26.th Day of Sept.r 1768 Came the within Mentioned Thomas Gist before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County and Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and the Parcell of Land thereby Bargain'd and Sold to be the right Title & Estate of the within Named Mordecai Gist his heirs & Assigns forever According to the True Intent and Meaning of said Deed Will.m Aisquith NRuxton Gay I have Rec.d the Sum of Nine Shillings and Seven Pence Farthing for Alienation Fine on the within Land October the 25.th 1768 Bennet Allen Recorded the 25.th day of October 1768 |
