       perfecting the said Recovery or Recoveries as well these presents and the
       Assurance hereby made as also the common Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid
       or in any other manner to be had suffered and perfected of the afsd Lands and
       Premisses shall be and enure and shall be adjudged deemed and taken and
       are and were meant and intended and are hereby declared to be and enure to
       the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be
       named and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seised
       of the said Tracts or parcels of Land and every of them with the Premisses
       and Appurtenances to and for the only proper use and Behoofe of him the
       said Edward Wright his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever   In Witness whereof the Parties to these
       Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their
       seals the Day and Year first above written

       sixty seven personally appeared before me one of his Lordships Provincial
       Justices the within and above named George Watts and Frances Rebecca his wife
       and the within and above named Solomon Wright and did severally acknowledge the
       within and above written Indenture to be their Act and Deed to and for the uses intents
       and purposes within mentioned and the Lands and premisses therein mentioned
       to be the right and Estate of the said Edward Wright his Heirs and Assigns forever
       according to the true intent and meaning of the same Indenture and the Act of
       Assembly in such case made and provided the said Frances Rebecca being by
       me previous to my certifying their Acknowledgment privately Examined out of
       the hearing of her said Husband did declare she made her acknowledgment as
