(257) costs and charges in the Law of the Said George Frazier Hawkins his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns do make and Execute or cause or procure to be made done and Execute all and every such further Act and Acts Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the farther better and more absolute conveying and assuring the said Several Tracts or Parcells of Land and Premisses hereby ^granted^ bargained and Sold or mentioned so to be with their Appurtenances (except as before herein is Excepted) unto the said George Frazier Hawkins his Executors Administrators or Assigns with and under the Proviso and Condition herein before mentioned and contained as by the said George Frazier Hawkins his Executors Administrators or Assigns or his or their Councel Learned in the Law Shall be reasonably devised advised or required and also that he the said Fielder Gannt and his heirs the said Tracts or Parcells of Land and Premisses with their and Each of their Appurtenances hereby granted bargaind and Sold or mentioned so to be and every part thereof unto the said George Frazier Hawkins his heirs and Assigns against him the said Fielder Gannt his heirs or Assigns and against all and every other Person ^and Persons^ whomsoever Shall and will warrant and forever defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the said Fielder Gannt hath hereunto Set his hand and affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above written Sign'd Seal'd & Delivered Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer In the Presence of Freel Stone Feilder Gannt (Seal) On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed of Mortgage was thus Endorsed viz.t On the Eleventh Day of July Seventeen hundred and Sixty Seven received the full and just Sum of five hundred and twenty eight pounds eight Shillings and Seven pence Currency of and from the within named George Frazier Hawkins being the consideration money within mentioned Receid p me Witness Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Feilder Gannt On the Eleventh Day of July Seventeen hundred and Sixty Seven Came Fielder Gannt before me the Subscriber one of his Lordship's Justice of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Indenture to be his Act and Deed to and for the use and Purpose therein mentioned according to the true intent and meaning thereof and agreeable to the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided Recorded the 13.th July 1767 Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer 15½ sides |
