        the true Intent and meaning of these Presents and all the Parties thereto
        that in case the said William ^Cromwell^ doth and shall well and truly pay or cause
        to be paid to him the said John Brice his Executors Administrators or
        Assigns the full and just sum of sixty Pounds Current Money of
        Maryland at or upon the tenth Day of June next ensuing the Date
        hereof with legal Interest for the same from the eighteenth day of
        June last past according to the condition or Proviso of certain indentures
        made or mentioned to be made on or about the Eighteenth Day of June in
        the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Sixty One between
        him the said William Cromwell by the name of William Cromwell of
        Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the
        one Part and the aforesaid John Brice by the Name of John Brice
        of the County and Province aforesaid of the other Part then and
        immediately after such payments the use herein before declared for
        the aforesaid John Brice his Heirs and Assigns shall cease and
        determine and the said Recovery or Recoveries shall be and enure
        and are hereby declared to have been intended to be and enure that the
        Recoverer or Recoverers therein named or to be named and all and
        every other Person or Persons that shall be Seized of the Premisses or
        any Part thereof by Force and Virtue of the said common Recovery
        or Recoveries shall Stand and be Seized thereof and of every part and
        Parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances to the only
        proper Use and Behoof of the said William Cromwell his Heirs and
        Assigns forever and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
        In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto
        interchangeably sett their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and
