       Legally and truly made up and Entred during the time he hath Officiated in the said
       Clerks Office without favour or affection but according to the truth the Nature of
       the thing and the duty of this Office and all other the duties of his said Office legally
       duly and faithfully shall discharge according to Law and the true intent and
       meaning of the Act of Assembly in such cases made and provided that then the
       above Obligation to be void and of none Effect or else to be and remain in
sides  full Force and Virtue in Law

x.d  This Indenture made the first day of March in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Between Isaac Harris of Ann Arundel
       County Blacksmith of the one and Jonathan West of Baltimore County Planter
       of the other part  Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the Sum of five
       Shillings Sterling Money by the Said Isaac Harris to the said Jonathan West in
       Hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby It is covenanted concluded
       and agreed between the Parties to these presents for them and their Heirs That it shall
       and may be Lawful for the Said Isaac Harris before the last day of the next Provincial
       Court to prosecute out of the High Court of Chancery one or more Writ or
       Writs of Entry sur Disseisin en le post against the said Jonathan West returnable
       to the next Provincial Court whereby the Said Isaac Harris shall and
       may demand against the said Jonathan West All that parcel of Plantable
       Land lying over Deer Creek in Baltimore County  Beginning at the end
       of the Line North fifty five Degrees West Sixty Perches then running north
       forty Degrees West two hundred and forty perches then South West twenty
       Perches then south five Degrees West Seventy Perches then South fifty five
       Degrees West twenty Six Perches then south thirty Degrees East two hundred
       and ten Perches then to the Beginning being part of a Tract of Land
