37 November in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty eight Henry Hollayday & Thomas Bruff the Witnesses to the within bond came before us and made Oath on the Holy Evangilist of Almighty God that they saw the within named James Lloyd Chamberlaine William Nicols and Thomas Chamberlain sign seal and deliver the within bond as their act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned Jam.s Dickinsen James Loyd Recorded 15.th Oct.r 1759 4½ sides Ex.d This Indenture made the thirteenth Day of June in the year duty paid of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & fifty nine Between Samuel John Chew of Annarundel County Gentleman Grandson and heir at Law of Brice Cl Samuel Chew deceased of the one part and Henrietta Maria Dulany (LS) of the City of Annapolis widow of the other Part Witnesseth That the said Samuel Chew for divers good Causes and Considerations him thereunto moving Hath remised released and for ever quit claimed and by these presents for himself and his heirs doth fully clearly and absolutely remise release and for ever Quit Claim unto the said Henrietta Maria Dulany all that Tract or parcel of Land Lying and being in Baltimore County Called Clagetts Forrest Containing according to the Certificate of Resurvey thereof one thousand three hundred and Seven acres of Land more or Less and also all that Tract or parcel of Land situate Lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid called Bonds Gratuity containing four hundred acres more Less with the Appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise Appurtaining And also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and remainders of the same Premisses and every part of them and all and every the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said Samuel Chew of in & to the said several tracts of Land and Premisses To have & to hold the said several Tracts and Premisses with their Appurtenances unto (the) |
