       it is hereby further Covenanted Granted & Agreed upon by and between
       the said partys to these Presents That the said Common Recovery to or in
       any other Manner to be had & Suffered of the afores.d Premisses with
       the Appurtenances between the said partys to these presents shall enure
       & be construed adjudged and taken to be & enure to the use of the said
       William Bowie his Heirs and Assigns for ever & to no other use intent or
       purpose whatsoever  And the said Sarah Hill doth for herself and her
       Heirs Covenant Grant & Agree to and with the Said William Bowie
       his Heirs and Assigns that she the said Sarah Hill and her Heirs shall
       & will at any Time hereafter at the Proper Cost and Charge of the said
       William Bowie make do Suffer and Execute all and every further or other
       Act Assurance or Conveyance that shall be devised advised or required
       by the Said William Bowie his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Council  
       learned in the Law for the further & better Assurance of the Premisses to
       the said William Bowie his heirs & Assigns for ever In Witness
       whereof the said partys have hereunto set their Hands & Seals the Day
       and Year first above Written                        her
       Signed Sealed & Delivered                  Sarah X Hill         (seal)

             On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written to wit

       Receivd                        September 1761 the Sum of Two hundred and
       fourteen Pounds fourteen Shillings & Sixpence Sterling it being the
       Consideration Money within mentioned                       her

                               J Hepburn                                          mark

       September the 24.th Anno Domini 1761  Came Sarah Hill before me
       the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court
       and acknowledged the within Deed to be her Act and Deed & the Land
       & Premisses within mentioned to be the Right & property of the within
       mentioned William Bowie his Heirs & Assigns forever
