(311) You are hereby ordered to record the within Bond and the Indorsment thereon immediately amongst the Land Records of the Provincial Court To the Clerk of the Provincial Court June 22.d 1761 John Brice 6 s.ds Geo Steuart Recorded 22.d June 1761 x.d Maryland fs.t Know all Men by these presents that we Daniel Dulany Duty p.d Benjamin Tasker & Daniel Wolstenholme Esquires of LS the City of Annapolis are held and firmly bound unto John Brice Cl the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of this Province of Maryland in the full and just sum of one thousand Pounds current money of Maryland to be paid to the said Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary and his successors to the which Payment well and truly to be made and done We and every of us hereby bind ourselves and every of us our and every of our Heirs Executors and Administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 22.d day of June Anno Dom 1761 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bounden Daniel Dulany whilst he shall continue in the Office of Deputy Secretary of Maryland shall at his own proper cost and charge find a supply of good and sufficient Record Books necessary for the entring up all matters and things relating to the Chancery Office and shall or will make or cause to be made and entred true Legal and Perfect Records and Entrys according to the Truth and the Nature of the matter or things requiring to be entered or Recorded and shall duly and carefully look after sustain preserve repair and maintain all the (several) |
