       after the fifth day of November Seventeen hundred and Seventy five In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these Presents have interchangeably Affixed their hands
       and seals the Day and Year first above written
       Sealed Signed and Delivered

          On the back of the aforegoing Mortgage was thus written Viz.t

       March 14.th 1761  Received of the within named Henry Woodward the just Sum of Two
       hundred and Ninety Nine Pounds Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned
       Witnesses then psent
       Reverdy Ghiselin                                                         C   Homewood
       William Steuart

       March 14th 1761  Personally appeared before us the Subscribers Two of his
       Lordship the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietaries Justices of Ann.ll
       County Court The within named Henry Woodward and acknowledged the within
       written Indenture of Mortgage to be his proper Act and Deed according to the
       true Intent and Meaning thereof and the Lands and Premisses therein contained
       under the covenants therein contained to be the right and Estate of the within
       mentioned Charles Homewood his Heirs and Assigns forever after full and
       Actual Payment and Discharge be by him or them made of the several
       sums of Money and Interest thereon to the said Henry Woodward his
       Heirs or Assigns according to the Act of Assembly in that case made and
       Provided   Acknowledged the Day and Year aforesaid
