       May be redeemable and redeemed by him the said Charles Homewood his Heirs
       Executors Administrators or Assigns on his or their paying and satisfying to him the
       said Henry Woodward his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns the said sum of
       Two hundred and Ninety Nine Pounds Sterling and Interest and the aforesaid
       Principal Sum of Two thousand and forty four Pounds and Eight Pence Sterling
       in the said Mortgage Mentioned any thing herein before contained to the Contrary
       in any wise Notwithstanding  And the said Henry Woodward for himself his
       Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns Doth hereby Covenant and
       Grant to and with the said Charles Homewood his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns that he the said Charles Homewood shall and may from henceforth
       untill the aforesaid fifth day of November seventeen hundred and seventy one
       have and use for his own Dwelling and Habitation a Sufficient part of
       his now large Brick Dwelling House on the said Land and Premisses and
       shall also untill the same time have the use and service of Two Negro Men
       or Slaves of his the said Charles Homewoods the one called Daniel and the other
       called Coffee under covenants to the said Henry Woodward  And shall and may
       from henceforth untill the said fifth day of November seventeen hundred
       and seventy one have and enjoy full and free liberty to employ the
       two Negro Men and also one other Labourer in the cutting removing
       and carrying Wood away from off the Said Lands and Premisses for the
       proper Use and Benefit of him the said Charles Homewood so that he the
       said Charles Homewood shall not employ above the Number of three Persons
       in the Cutting and Carrying off such Wood nor shall cut fell or in any manner
       destroy any Trees on the said Land fit for Board Timber and those which
       shall be felled in Wood as aforesaid shall be by him the said Charles
       Homewood and his three Labourers cut up into Wood without waste He
       the said Charles Homewood Yielding and paying Yearly and every Year to
       Him the said Henry Woodward his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns
       for the use of the said Part of the Dwelling House aforesaid the Hire and service
       of the said Mentioned Two Negroes and the liberty of cutting wood as aforesaid
       the Sum of Twenty Pounds Sterling Money on the first day of March Yearly
